Location: Approximately 10 miles North of Aspermont, 60 miles North of Abilene, 100 miles Southeast of Lubbock, or 215 miles West of Ft. Worth. Property is located on CR 325.
Acreage: 1,307 +/- acres with 1,227 being under high fence and 80 acres of low fence.
Access: Access is on County Road 325.
Fences: The perimeter is completely high fenced, except for 80 acres across the county road. The high fence does extend across the river.
Improvements: A very large concrete slab measuring approximately 100’ x 120’ has been poured on the property for parking RV’s, ATV’s, etc... Two breeder pens have been constructed, each being approximately 5 acres in size. Concrete game cleaning location, complete with water and electricity.
