Location: This property is situated approximately 15 miles northwest of Aspermont, 60 miles north of Abilene and 220 miles west of Fort Worth.

Acreage: 660 ± Acres – All in CRP until 2011. This property is joined on 3 sides by a 21,000± acre quail ranch. Also, most of the ranches in this area are several thousand acres, and very stable.

Water: This property has a windmill that has not been in operation for some time, but should be able to get back on line. Underground water seems to be plentiful in this area.

Hunting: There is a very good population of whitetail deer, turkey, quail and feral hogs as well as many predatory animals and varmints. Deer hunting pressure is very low as most of the neighbors are quail hunters.
