Location: Approximately 11 miles north of Aspermont at the corner of FM 1263 and CR 219.

Acreage: 330 +/- total acres all with 140.3± acres in the CRP program. The balance is in native mesquite pasture.

Improvements: There is a 2 bedroom frame house on the property which is clean and neat, and better than most hunting camps that I have seen. The water well has been piped to the house for running water. There are also a couple of outbuildings which are perfect for storage.

Water: The property is watered by a water well equipped with a submersible pump as well as three earth tanks. The owners have worked on two of the earth tanks, and they are now holding water.

Fences: The fences around the pasture area are five strand barbed wire on metal and cedar posts. Most of the fences are in very good condition, but all will hold livestock.

FSA Program: The property is under two separate CRP contracts. The first contains 18.6 acres and pays approximately $632.00 per year. It expires in 2009. The Other contract contains 121.7 acres and pays $4,227 per year. It will expire in 2013.
