Location: : 10 miles South of Old Glory, TX in Stonewall County. CR 170 off FM RD 1835.

Legal Description: 411 acres +/-, all of fractional section 23, containing 272 acres and 139 acres out of section 20, Block A, Arnold and Barret Survey.
