Samantha Smith

Associate Broker - Samantha grew up in a real estate family in Central Texas and is an 8th generation Texan. Her family came to Texas in 1832 as a part of Stephen F. Austins Colony and has been ranching, surveying, appraising, and selling land all over the state ever since. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Tarleton State University and got her start in the real estate business working as an appraiser along side her father and at the appraisal firm of Austin, Huckabee and Associates in Abilene. She then branched out into real estate sales and joined the Ekdahl team in 2015.
Samantha provides her clients with an in-depth knowledge of the local and regional real estate markets. She focuses on cutting edge marketing strategies and her experience and background allow her to give personalized service across all areas of real estate – residential, farm and ranch, development/investment, and commercial. Samantha has 3 children who attend school in Anson ISD and are involved in sports, 4H, and a wide variety of other activities. She serves on the Anson Chamber of Commerce board of directors, and is also a member of The Daughters of the Republic of Texas.
