Barker Tans Ranch is located in the central part of Stonewall County. The property is approximately 2 miles southeast of Swenson and 5 miles northwest of Aspermont. The tract is on the north side of Hwy 380 and County Road 302 is on the east boundary.
Barker Tans Ranch consists of 133.565 +/- Acres. Most of the acreage is dense mesquite thicket. Part of the acreage is old cultivation that hasn’t been farmed in a number of years. There are some senderos along the old cultivation and a narrower lane to the west side.
