Description

Out between Noodle and Sylvester is where the Clear Fork of the Brazos river runs and the wildlife thrives. Along the edge of the river is a big section of land with large stock tanks, improved grasses, and a habitat that allows the wildlife to run free. Cross fenced with a set of sorting pens in the center, this property makes a great addition to the livestock operation. The property will hunt too. Whitetail deer, feral hogs, Rio Grande turkeys and more are found along the river. Hunting pressure in the neighborhood is light. Give this one a good look. Give Dan Byerly a call at (325) 665-3489.
