Location: Located on paved FM Road 2470, about 8.5 miles Northeast of Dickens, 70 miles East of Lubbock, 175 miles Northeast of Midland, 130 miles Northwest of Abilene, and 230 miles West of Ft Worth.

Acreage: 1,437.69± acres, all of which are in native pasture.

Topography: The ranch is predominantly rolling, with large draws and hills that provide gorgeous views.

Cover: About 60% of the ranch is heavy Shin Oak and Mesquite pasture with scattered Live Oak motts, Hackberry and a few Cedars. The balance ranges from rolling open grassland to pasture with scattered Mesquite, Hackberry, and Live Oaks.

Fences: Fences are five-strand barbed wire on metal and cedar posts and are in excellent condition.

This ranch produced the winner for the 2022 area Big Buck contest, which scored a whopping 191″. They have also harvested a 172″ whitetail. The ranch is also loaded with feral hogs and Rio Grande turkey. In good years for quail, this area will produce tons of bobwhite quail.

Residence and Improvements: The owners have converted two Conex containers to living quarters, and a third one is utilized as a kitchen and common area. There are also three RV stations with plugs and water connections at the camp.
