Location: Only 3.5 miles south of Interstate-20 at Trent, TX, this property is less than 20 miles to Sweetwater and less than 30 miles to Abilene. The property is located on the western edge of Taylor County; the Nolan County line is just across the west fence line.

Topography: Mostly flat, the property does have a slight slope across the southeast edge that works as a draw for the stock tanks from rain coming off the bluffs to the south.
