Rory Burroughs

Agent - Rory was raised in East Texas, growing up with Lake Livingston as a backyard and taking every opportunity to hunt and fish with his father and brother. He earned a BS in Rangeland Ecology from Texas A&M University. For over five years he gained ranch management experience working across South Texas operating heavy equipment and designing and establishing habitat management for property owners. In 2000, he moved to the Rolling Plains area of Texas and has been at home ever since by serving landowners across the region. Whether it’s working on deer census, conducting prescribed burns, guiding hunts, designing and implementing brush sculpting projects, or assisting landowners to establish and achieve goals for their property, Rory’s varied experience, knowledge, and extensive background in range management serve him and his clients well. With over 18 years experience evaluating land across Texas and 15 years working in real estate, he can help you find the right property to meet your goals and objectives. In his personal life, Rory continues to spend time on the ranch hunting with family and friends. In addition to hunting, the fall is also busy with college football. Rory and his college roommate have the Maroon Saloon tailgate for most A&M home football games.
