Ty Wills

Associate Broker – Ty Wills was raised in the small farming and ranching community of Fluvanna, Texas. He started farming with his father before he was even old enough to drive. While in high school, a part of the farm was designated as his and took full responsibility for that portion of the operation. He graduated from Borden County High School and continued farming with his father.

In 2004, Ty started his real estate career as a farm and ranch real estate agent and in 2007 became a licensed broker. His immense farming and ranching experience allows him to help clients find their ideal farm and ranch property, and show them what each property has to offer.

Ty and his wife Mindy have been married for over 25 years, and have three children and a grandson. Ty and Mindy are active in their church First Baptist Church Snyder Texas. Ty enjoys spending time with his family, and especially hunting and fishing with his son and grandson.
