Location: The ranch is approximately eight miles east of Roaring Springs on County Road 408.

Acreage: These 2,395± acres consist of plateaus, rolling hills and canyons that fall off to the east towards the Pease River bottom just east of the eastern fence line. The range is made up of native grasses, mesquite juniper, soapberry and hackberry trees.

Topography: Elevation ranges from 2,300± feet on the ridge tops to 2,160± feet in the creek bottoms.

Rainfall/Elevation: Yearly rainfall for Motley county is approximately 23.6 inches. Elevation is approximately 2,300 feet.

Cover: The native and woody cover on the ranch make for great wildlife and cattle habitat. Trees on the property include hackberry, mesquite, cedar, cottonwoods and soapberry. Ground cover includes several types of native grasses. Browse includes catclaw tasajillo, elbow bush, agarito, and ephedra.

Fences: The property has five-strand barb wire fence around the boundary. No cross fences.
